Founded in the 12th century and recently restored, Sibiu (or Hermannstadt as it is known in German) was and is today still considered one of the most beautiful historical cities, not only in Romania, but throughout Europe! In 2007, it was designated European Capital of Culture, and in 2014 Sibiu’s Old City Center made it onto Forbes’ list of the most idyllic places to live in Europe, in eighth place. Among the city’s many historical landmarks, our guided tour will take you to the Old Center, the Evangelical Church, the Bridge of Lies, the Brukenthal Museum and the Astra Ethnography Museum, the second largest open-air museum in the world.

Duration: eight hours. Distance: 240 km.
Includes: transport, driver/qualified English-speaking guide, constant assistance
Not included: meals, entry fees, museum camera fees.
